WHAT IS IT? Modern Senior: Imagine volume one will be held in Indianapolis Indiana on June 3-4, 2018. Registration opens on April 20, 2018. Classes held on Sunday will include How to Rock In Person Sales, Editorial Newspaper Dress Design, BadAss Senior Model Teams and Off Camera Flash. We'll shoot at the Biltwell Sunday afternoon, grab dinner together Sunday evening, then host photowalks in downtown Indianapolis on Sunday night! On day two we will tour and shoot at the Marci and Christy Studio Backlot so you can soak up set inspiration and practice what you have learned even more and portfolio build to your heart's desire. There will be at least 12 different models for you to work with throughout the workshop with and instruction from all four photographers during class and shootout times. The shootouts will be super fun! We'll be breaking you all up into small groups of no more than 15 attendees with an instructor and at least 3 models in each group. You'll rotate groups so that you get time with all four instructors and all the models! If you are looking for some guidance with posing, composition, using natural light/OCF and how to work on set with your senior clients, then this is perfect for you. If you are looking for more of a hands-off approach and want to just shoot on your own with senior models, network with other photographers and just have some fun, then this is also for you! If you are ready to take your business to the next level… this workshop is for you! This workshop is for all levels of photographers, however we will not be going over camera/lens basics to a great detail. We will be teaching and demonstrating with Alien Bee strobes as well as GoDox Ad200 system. Light snacks and beverages will be provided. Lunch on day two is also included. LOCATION: We'll be at the amazing Biltwell Event Center for classes and a styled shoot on Sunday. This wonderful old warehouse is full of character and texture with plenty of indoor and outdoor urban spaces to help you create a variety of images. Downtown Indianapolis will be the backdrop for our photowalks on Sunday night and Monday afternoon! On Monday, you'll get a studio tour and shootout at Marci and Christy's incredible studio backlot! We'll also be back at the Biltwell Event Center for another shootout, followed by photowalks in downtown Indianapolis! GETTING HERE: Indianapolis is easily accessible by car from all of the Midwest!
